New Website  for Bollfilter UK November 2012

     
 

Key team member Laurence Dunn is the in-house "Marketing Coordinator" for Bollfilter UK. So when the need arose to solve a website issue he was able to make a quick visit over to the Journeys Leigh supplier list to solve this lack of resource quickly. By purchasing a Joomla template and hosting it via Loboski IT the website was up in 4 weeks. It is mobile device friendly site.

Couple this with the general advertising needs of: Bollfilter Germany, Bollfilter UK and Bollfilter China, Graeme McKim got all of his Shiptec Chinese exhibition artwork via "Creative Room" who are now part of Journeys Multimedia as a creative subsiduary, who are experts in Arabic and Far Eastern Transcreation. Journeys artwork studio was able to do the same for the IMPA - UK exhibition in London. A global brand advertising solution from a small player.

Website planning for MWBex September 2011

     
 

The MWBEX website. Brand identity redesign included. A very tight deadline to ensure key milestones and deliverables were met and project objectives were implemented. SEO preparation, content migration and creation workflows. Advising on Drupal CMS build and deployment. Working with systems architect to build and deploy social marketing platforms, information architecture and site structure to align the website with required user journeys. Defining and establishing BAU operating models for the marketing team. UAT & SIT testing.

The project involved working with MBA Maher Bird Associates, who were the creative agency and the co-ordination of the website build carried out by Blue Leaf the website production partners. Co-ordination of the web publishing teams, seo and ppc partners, the marcomms team, brand, and product stakeholders. The online planning co-ordination all website keyword and meta data content; dynamic rich media as well as SEO content strategy, legacy content and new creative new content streams from agencies and internal suppliers. Using Experian Hitwise and Google Analytics and datacapture.

New Website Content for Standard Life February 2011

     
 

Standard Life like to do things properly, so take a look at the Website where key team member Laurence Dunn spent November 2010 to February 2011, stepping in as a specialist Project Manager, helping with the deployment of the new Intermediary Extranet "Adviserzone" for this financial services giant. Andy Pittaway ran the project for IBM. 

The snow and transport problems caused many challenges for members of the secure on-site development team in Edinburgh. But whatever the weather issues our Agile team members from; Bulgaria, Belgium, Bournmouth, Birmingham, Bradford and many other far flung places; were never off course during November and December 2010 iterations with outside temperatures falling to -20 Celcius in the central lowlands of Scotland.

This was for JMP Media to promote the game of Polo globally. Running country by country direct marketing campaigns to sell the exclusive 6 UK events for 2011. By running an interactive Events page that links to the individual events and in turn the interactive PDF Media Packs which sit online with direct links back to individual media channel details and cost ratecards.

FHS Trade only sell furniture with a difference as the items are all unique collectors pieces from day one. The website aimed to recruit the smallest retailers who can't afford to make large orders.
